Dining in DeKalb
The Mentone Springs Hotel
will be hosting their annual Valentines
Dinner Saturday, Febuary 11th. It will
include a six-course surf and turf
pre-fixed meal incorporating local
vegetables from Mentone's area farmers.
The evening will start with an
amuse-bouche, followed by soup and
salad, two main courses and a dessert
duo. Chef Jason Daniel will be featuring
Alabama Gulf shrimp and
peppercorn-encrusted beef tenderloin
surrounded by a bevy of local vegetables
and ingredients. Price per person is $39
